If you are not satisfied with your purchase from Tekadcamp, you may request a return or refund within 30 days after delivery.
How to Request a Return
To start a return request, please contact our customer support team by email and include the following information:

Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and in its original condition

The item must be returned in its original packaging

The request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery
Items that do not meet these conditions may not qualify for a refund.
Refund Processing
Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected by our team. If the return is approved, your refund will be processed within 15 days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or ref
